Anona GmbH, located in Colditz, Germany, is a leading producer of high-quality nutritional products for wellness, sports, fitness, and vegan diets. The company faced significant challenges with dust within its production areas, which hindered their ability to meet health and safety standards. Ineffective existing air quality systems resulted in dust accumulation in the air, interrupting production and increasing cleaning tasks.



Solution:

In 2023, Anona implemented StaticAir’s Customized PMR Tubes purification systems to address these air quality issues. The units were strategically placed to capture dust at its source, helping to reduce airborne particulate matter and improve the overall working environment. Following the successful testing within one of production facility, Anona purchased and installed additional units in 2024 to further enhance air quality across their production facilities.

Official regulatory authority inspected the facility following the installation of the PMR Tube. The inspection results confirmed that their air quality complies with the established norms.
